Thank you for choosing Alish Web Design. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any product from our Shop or engaging us for Web Design services. By making a purchase or hiring us for a project, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Divi 5 Layouts (Digital Products)

All Divi 5 layout packs, templates, and other digital products sold through our Shop are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase is completed — including in cases of change of mind, incorrect purchase, or lack of use.

Import Assistance

We understand that importing a layout can occasionally be tricky, so we offer hands-on help rather than a refund:

• If you have any difficulty importing your purchased Divi 5 layout, we will import it for you at no additional charge.
• To provide this assistance, you will need to:
  • Have Divi 5 already installed on your WordPress site, and
  • Share your website login details with us so we can access the site and complete the import.
• This import assistance is limited to installing the layout you purchased as intended; it does not include custom design changes, content editing, or additional customization beyond the standard import.

We recommend confirming that your site meets the requirements (WordPress + Divi 5 installed) before purchasing, to avoid any compatibility issues.

2. Web Design Services

For all Web Design, Web Development, and related custom services, there is no refund or cancellation once a project has been agreed upon and a deposit or payment has been made. This applies regardless of project stage, including before design work has visibly begun, as our time, planning, and resources are allocated to your project as soon as it is confirmed.

If you have concerns about your project at any stage, we encourage you to contact us directly — we're committed to working with you to resolve issues, meet your expectations, and deliver a website you're happy with.

3. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

• Digital products (layouts, templates) are delivered instantly and can be duplicated or used immediately upon purchase, making them ineligible for a traditional refund process.
• Service-based work involves time, planning, and resources committed to your project from the moment it's confirmed, which cannot be "returned" once allocated.

4. Exceptions

Any exception to this policy — such as in the case of a duplicate charge, a technical error on our end, or a product/service not delivered as described — will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with details of your order or project, and we will do our best to make it right.

If you're experiencing an issue with a purchased layout or an ongoing project, please reach out before assuming a refund is needed — most issues (like import difficulties) can be resolved quickly through support.
